1. Why This Exists
This business is shaped by lived experience of instability, loss, institutional failure, and rebuilding. Authority was not protective. Silence was not safe. Systems that hid problems caused harm.
Inferrex exists to reverse those conditions: to surface truth early, reduce fear, and replace fragile trust with resilient structure — in how the company is run, and in what the product does.
The product is the doctrine made executable. A self-healing data layer that infers, maps, and repairs itself is the same principle as a company that surfaces problems early and fixes systems rather than blaming people. Fragility hidden behind one person's memory, one consultant's availability, or one undocumented integration is exactly what we refuse to tolerate — in software and in the organisation.
2. Founder Profile (How Leadership Behaves)
